December Market Report

Overall in December, we saw a decrease in inventory with a slight gain in days on market. These numbers are to be expected for the time of the year. Typically heading into the end of the year we see a slow down in market activity with things picking back up again towards the end of January. We are still in a very competitive seller's market and when priced appropriately many homes listed are seeing multiple offers.
